.NET core freelancer

We are looking for .NET Core freelancer to join a very interesting project related to telecommunication domain/Help Desk Support System. Basic requirements:
- Familiar with Microservice Architecture
- .NET Core - 2 years+
- Basic English communication (verbal + writing)
- Experience with following technologies is a MUST:
- Microsoft Bot
- GraphQL4
- Grafana
- Azure
