THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for an entrepreneurial business development partner with strong connections in Vietnam's education sector.

You'll work directly with the founder to develop the Vietnamese market, beginning with a localised product demonstration and progressing towards commercial pilots and partnerships.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Identifying and recruiting an experienced Ngữ Văn teacher to review and validate a Vietnamese-language demonstration.
- Researching and qualifying potential customers, particularly innovative tutoring companies, education platforms and smaller, owner-led providers.
- Leveraging existing networks to establish relationships and arrange introductions with decision-makers.
- Identifying opportunities for product trials, commercial pilots and partnerships.
- Supporting ongoing business development and market expansion.

The founder will lead product development, demonstrations, commercial pitches, negotiations and delivery.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Strong knowledge of Vietnam's education and tutoring market.
- Existing professional relationships with teachers, tutoring companies, EdTech platforms or education providers.
- Experience in business development, partnerships, education or related fields.
- Excellent research, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Initiative, commercial judgement and the ability to work independently.
- Strong English and Vietnamese communication skills.

We're particularly interested in independent consultants, education professionals and entrepreneurs who can use their existing industry knowledge and relationships to create commercial opportunities.

COMPENSATION AND WORKING ARRANGEMENT

The engagement will be project-based, with defined deliverables and performance incentives.

We'll begin with a small paid assignment, progressing to larger opportunities based on results and mutual agreement.

Compensation includes agreed project fees, additional payments for commercial pilot opportunities and commissions on resulting sales.

A detailed proposal outlining the stages, deliverables and compensation will be shared with shortlisted candidates.
