Simply recommend job vacancies to relatives or people in your circles that are qualified for the position to gain rewards from the Recruiter

Sign up for Referral Account and fill in the necessary information on the field, the profession you would like to refer to the candidate so that freelancerViet can recommend matching jobs to you shortly.
Recommendation. Review requirements of the position, suggest and invite the suitable candidate to apply for the job.

Easy to manage jobs you have recommended and results of applications for the candidates

Referral management. For each position, you will have a referral link for your account. As a job application is made from your link, this will be recorded to your referral link.
Management of candidate’s application updates. Candidates apply for jobs from your referral link will be reviewed by freelancerViet before being forwarded to the Recruiter. You can follow-up during this procedure when they get invited for an interview, attend an interview and are employed.

After your referred candidates pass their probation, you will get paid from the Recruiter.

How to get your referral recorded: the candidate’s submission must be made within 07 days counting from the day clicking on your referral link.
How to get your reward. After your referred candidate passed his probation, you will get paid from the Recruiter.
Earning. The system automatically updates the amount you have earned after your referred candidate passes his probation. You can withdraw money within 14 days from the day getting announced of the reward.
